1,We have many excellent mold design engineers with more than 10 years' experience. We're good at 2-shot mold and gas-assisted mold, overmold, small precision mold, big complicated mold, drawing die, progressive die and die-casting toolings etc. which covers automotive industry, medical industry and household industry etc.

2, As soon as we receive the product 3D model or 2D drawing from customer, we'll provide the DFM to customer first, which includes the main parting line, mold layout, gate type and position, slide and lifter position, injection type and position and most importantly, based on our rich experience, we'll analyses the potential product problem and inform the customer and propose improvement suggestions.
